The Recovery Residence Association (RRA) is facilitated by Community Health Improvement Partners (CHIP). CHIP is a leader in innovative and collaborative solutions to address critical community health issues in the San Diego region. The RRA is a county wide effort focused on supporting recovery residence members, participants and community partners with tools and resources to promote high quality recovery residences.
