Grievance Process

Steps in the Grievance Process

  1. File a formal grievance (i.e.,  face-to-face,  telephone, in writing or email)
  2. The RRA will reach out within three business days. The individual is encouraged to have an informal conference with the RRA (i.e., face-to-face,  telephone or in writing)
  3. The RRA will review the grievance. Further steps may need to take place to address the grievance and issue a resolution.

  • Community Health Improvement Partners (CHIP) and the Recovery Residence Association (RRA) will treat all grievances with sensitivity and respect, CHIP and the RRA can make no guarantee regarding the confidentiality of information provided through the RRA grievance process, whether face-to-face, telephone or in writing . By submitting a grievance to the RRA, you acknowledge and agree that CHIP and the RRA reserve the right to use and disclose any information received from you for enforcement purposes.
