Steps in the Grievance Process:
1. File a formal grievance
2. The RRA will reach out within three business days. The individual is encouraged to have an informal conference with the RRA
3. The RRA will review the grievance. Further steps may need to take place to address the grievance and issue a resolution.
While Community Health Improvement Partners (CHIP) and the Recovery Residence Association (RRA) will treat all complaints with sensitivity and respect, CHIP and the RRA make no guarantee or representation regarding the confidentiality of information provided through the RRA’s complaint process, whether in person, via phone or in writing. By submitting a complaint to the RRA, You acknowledge and agree that CHIP and the RRA reserve the right to use and disclose any information received from you for CHIP’s and the RRA’s research and enforcement purposes
