Grievance Process
Steps in the Grievance Process
- File a formal grievance (i.e., face-to-face, telephone, in writing or email)
- The RRA will reach out within three business days. The individual is encouraged to have an informal conference with the RRA (i.e., face-to-face, telephone or in writing)
- The RRA will review the grievance. Further steps may need to take place to address the grievance and issue a resolution.
