"A Celebration of Success" Housing Participant of the Year Nomination Form
Each RRA Operator who is an active member of the Recovery Residence Association will have a chance to nominate one of their housing participants for our “Housing Participant of the Year” Award. ***Nominations will close Monday, May 17th, 2021.

Housing Participant of the Year:
A housing participant can be defined as an active participant of a BHS SUD program with a relationship between an Operator and/or the RRA with furthering the mission of the RRA.
