The Recovery Residence Association is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application (RRABeds).

• Placement status (whether you are placed in a recovery residence)
• The name and location of the recovery residence (if placed)
• Duration of your stay in a recovery residence

We do not collect medical diagnoses or treatment information.

• Connect individuals seeking housing with recovery residence operators
• Track housing placements for coordination and follow-up
• Communicate with you regarding your placement and housing options
• Improve the App’s functionality and service delivery
• Comply with legal and contractual obligations

We may share your information only with the following parties and for the following purposes:

• Recovery residence operators, for the purpose of placement and coordination
• San Diego County, as required by our contractual agreement to support program monitoring, compliance, and reporting
• Authorized personnel within our organization who manage app operations and user data
• Government agencies, if required by law, regulation, court order, or legal process

We share only the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill these goals.

4. Data Security

We use appropriate and reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including:

• Secure data storage
• Internal access controls

While we follow industry best practices, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
